The Stitching Post is in Catonsville, Maryland, a suburb located on the west side of Baltimore near the Baltimore Beltway (695). This is the 3rd location for the shop-each move has meant a larger location and an opportunity to stock more merchandise for the beginning or advanced needleworker. The shop (3400 sq. feet) is located in a renovated warehouse building that also includes a quilt shop and a yarn and weaving shop. The 20th anniversary of The Stitching Post was celebrated in Sept., 2001-20 years of providing needlework supplies and accessories to Baltimore and surrounding areas.
