NEW CANVASES & DESIGNS

Porcelain Boxes       Julia Needlework's has designed some canvases that go on top of porcelain boxes that are painted to match the canvas. They can be stitches in no time and then I will send them off to the finisher in Kentucky so they can put them together. I have pictures of the different designs in the store that you can order.	"Lees's" Canvases       "Lees's" have come out with a new line of leather goods with canvases. Some of the designs are available now and the others will be available in January. Most of the finishing can be done yourself.

NEW BOOKS

Cook Book for Stitchers By Amy Bunger     Amy Bunger has Chapter 13 "Eye of Newt" ready. This book is full of ideas for Halloween canvases. Another fun bit of news is that Tony Miniere has also done a chapter for the book. Amy has started a whole new binder called Celebrity Chefs and she is pleased that Tony has written the very first chapter. Chapter 1 of Celebrity Chefs is called "All Tied Up" which is chock-o-block full of tied stitches and how to work them. Each Chapter is $12.00 Binders are $36.00 Call to reserve you copy.

A Stitcher's Cookbook By David McCaskill       This new book really is a cookbook. It has easy recipes that you can make for dinner that won't take away from your stitching. Cookbook is $36.00

GADGETS

Workstands       Lowery Floor stand is a new all metal stand that is very adjustable and fits under your favorite chair because of it's flat base. I will be happy to show you the literature I have on it.	Lights       Dazor watch out, Daylight Company has a new light. It is really nice because when you are not using the magnifier or the chart holder you can take them off and it looks like wonderful light in the house. I had the opportunity to use it at market and really enjoyed it.
Pins       Pins to put on your clothes to attach your scissors to so that you don't loose them while you are stitching.	Frames       For those of you that have the Z Frame by K's, they have made a new head that will hold the sticker bars better.
Magnetic Needle Tugger It is a wonderful new gadget by Rainbow Gallery. Stop in the store and I will be happy to show you how well it works.	Rainbow Gallery is now carrying "Hummingbird House": also they have wonderful Pewter Collectable Accessories. I have pictures of some of these wonderful piece's in the store.

FINISHING

We now two wonderful finishers for pillows, stockings, stand-ups, and anything else that you might have.

THREADS

Rainbow Gallery has come out with a new fiber called "Sparkle Rays". It's 97% polyester and 3% nylon. They come in twelve iridescent colors. Great for some of those very bright colored canvases. Rainbow Gallery has 10 new Splendor Colors for 2003.
